Affiliates must promote MindBridge accurately. The programme should reward useful, honest referrals — not overclaiming, misleading file support, fake urgency, or refund-gaming.
Affiliates may describe MindBridge as a privacy-first desktop recovery workflow for supported mind-map and outline formats — live: iMindMap (.imx), iThoughts (.itmz), MindManager (.mmap/.mmat), XMind (.xmind), FreeMind/Freeplane (.mm), OPML, Markdown (.md/.txt), CSV (.csv) and SimpleMind (.smmx), plus .bridge/.json. Roadmap formats (.mindnode, .mind, .isf/.ins) must be described as roadmap only.
Affiliates must not claim guaranteed recovery, affiliation with other vendors, live support for roadmap formats, upload-free behaviour for optional online support, or legal/forensic certainty.
Recommended launch structure: hold affiliate payouts until the refund window has passed, reverse commissions on refunded purchases, and review suspicious self-referral or repeated refund behaviour.
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship clearly according to applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.
Partners should use MindBridge-approved wording and avoid using third-party logos or app names as if they are sponsors. File-format names should be descriptive only.
MindBridge should reserve the right to remove partners who mislead customers, spam, abuse refunds, or damage trust in the recovery/privacy promise.
